Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 cup oil
Directions:
Start by adding egg (I used a cold egg instead of room temperature eggs), salt, lemon juice/vinegar into the food processor bowl. You can alternatively follow these instructions why using a whisk in a large bowl or an immersion blender.
Start pulsing it on high for 30 seconds.
Next, slowly drip oil through the opening of the food processor lid and pulse again for a minute and a half. Turn the food processor off, scrape down the sides of the bowl and lid with a spatula and beat for 30 more seconds.
The mayonnaise consistency should be very thick and not fall off the spoon easily without a good shake. Refrigerate it for at least 4 hours before use so all the flavors have time to incorporate.
The mayonnaise will thicken even more. Your delicious mayonnaise is ready to be used!

Homemade Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
*4 to 4-½ cups all-purpose flour, pizza flour, or bread flour (480 to 540 grams)
*1 tablespoon sugar, (13 grams)
*2 teaspoons salt, (12 grams)
*2-¼ teaspoons Quick Rise Instant yeast, (7 grams)
*1-½ cups warm water (105°F to 110°F), (354 grams)
*3 tablespoons olive oil, (39 grams)

DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat the oven to 450°F if you plan to bake a pizza (otherwise you can freeze the dough after you make it).
2. Combine 4 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
3. Add the water and olive oil. Mix until blended. If it is too wet, gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough. The dough should be slightly sticky.
4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes (you can also use your stand mixer with a dough hook).
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rest on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes if you use Quick Rise instant or for 60 to 90 minutes if you use standard instant yeast. The dough should almost double in size.
6. Divide the dough into two balls.
7. At this point, you can either freeze the dough or prep it for a pizza.

TO FREEZE DOUGH:
1. Coat each ball of dough in some olive oil. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap then slide it into a zipper-seal bag.
2. Squeeze all the air out of the bag then freeze if for up to 3 months.

TO BAKE PIZZA:
1. Roll the balls of dough into 10 to 12” circles and place them on a sheet of parchment paper (or press them into a greased sheet pan).
2. Form a rim around the pizza dough by rolling the edges in and pinching.
3. Spread pizza sauce on the dough and add your desired toppings.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly (a thicker crust will need to bake for 20 to 22 minutes).

USING FROZEN PIZZA DOUGH:
*Let the dough thaw in the fridge overnight. Let the thawed dough sit on the counter for 20 to 30 minutes before rolling it out for pizza.

Homemade Pizza Sauce
Ingredients
*1 8oz can tomato sauce
*1/4 tsp dry oregano
*3/4 tsp dried basil
*1/4 tsp dry parsley flakes
*1/8 tsp onion powder
*1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
*1/4 tsp salt
*1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low.
2. Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
3. Allow to cool and then use or store for future use.
